The 28 Nosler is a beast of a 7mm cartridge.  Essentially a shortened 7mm RUM, the 28 Nosler was designed to fit into a 3.340" action length, however it is much better suited on a magnum length 3.600" action to seat out the long, high BC bullets it shoots so well.  We often state the 28 is the biggest 7mm round to pair with a 26" barrel.  The 28 Nosler is an excellent choice for all North American big game animals and really comes into its own with long range hunting on the menu.  Our 28 Nosler ammunition comes in twenty (20) round boxes.
