The 205 Grain Elite Hunter is purpose-built for hunters  seeking a mid-to-heavy Rifle Bullet solution for their 30 caliber long-range  hunting platforms. Elite Hunters utilize Berger’s industry-leading hybrid ogive design, which blends  tangent and secant designs to optimize efficiency, reduce wind-drift,  and minimize sensitivity to seating depth. Their sleek profile features  an ultra-high ballistic coefficient (BC) and increased sectional  density, delivering the highest energy retention upon impact. 

Elite Hunter rifle bullets incorporate a slightly thinner J4 Precision hunting jacket, which  allows the projectile to penetrate 2″ to 3″ before rapidly expanding.  Upon expansion, the projectile sheds most of its weight producing  extreme hydrostatic shock and a massive wound cavity in the vital area.  

Please *NOTE* this rounds exceeds SAAMI length and is seated to 3.600" Overall length.  This should function through all Remington 700 and their clones with ease.  Custom seat depths are available at no extra charge.

We measure each powder charge to within +/- .02 grains on our Autotrickler powder systems.  We seat each bullet with Redding competition seat dies on our Forster Co-Ax single stage press.   We load them one at a time!  Each round is hand measured for consistency and placed into our hard plastic, twenty count boxes.  Each box has a foam insert and neoprene strap to keep your rounds secure in the field.  This is loaded ammunition.
