Recommended Game:  This is designed as a target bullet from Hornady, although field reports indicate this is an excellent long range hunting bullet.  On game performance seems to be similar to their ELDX line of bullets, but with enhanced flight characteristics

An optimum secant ogive and boattail  design along with the Heat Shield tip produce a bullet with the highest  possible ballistic coefficient in its class.  If ultra long range, thinner skinned animals are your objective, this bullet should be considered.  It flies amazingly well and retains its velocity way out there.  This load stays supersonic well beyond 2,000 yards.

We measure each powder charge to within +/- .02 grains on our Autotrickler powder systems.  We seat each bullet with Redding competition seat dies on our Forster Co-Ax single stage press.   We load them one at a time!  Each round is hand measured for consistency and placed into our hard plastic, twenty count boxes.  Each box has a foam insert and neoprene strap to keep your rounds secure in the field.  This is loaded ammunition.
